Our Work Process

Getting started is easy. We design it with you. We make it ourselves. We install it ourselves

CUSTOM SIGNAGE BRANDING GRAPHIC DESIGN PAINTING & INSTALLATION

As easy as its proceeds

STEP 01

First
conversation

You reach out, or we meet at a conference, or a district you know sends you our way. Then we talk. What the room is now, what you want it to become, when you need it, and who else needs a say.

STEP 02

Site visit and
measurements

You reach out, or we meet at a conference, or a district you know sends you our way. Then we talk. What the room is now, what you want it to become, when you need it, and who else needs a say.

STEP 03

Your budget,
with options

Working from the scan, Sean builds you a Budget Builder that shows what is possible at several investment levels instead of one take it or leave it number. A Budget Summary then turns the direction you pick into a firm figure.

PO signed. Design begins.

Step-4

STEP 04

We design it live, with you in the room

Three to five sessions. We share our screen and build artboards together, so you see the space take shape instead of waiting for a concept. If someone suggests bigger wings for our mascot, we adjust them on the spot.

STEP 05

Final
approval

You sign off on the artwork, the colors, the placements and the scope. Everyone has watched the design develop, so approval is a confirmation rather than a reveal.

Artwork approved. Scope locked.

STEP 06

We make it, under one roof

Roughly two weeks in our own Worcester shop. Graphics print on our large format latex presses and go through the laminator. The CNC router cuts dimensional shapes and panels out of rigid PVC. Vinyl lettering and mascots are cut and prepped by hand. No wraps.

STEP 07

Installation planning

We schedule around your calendar, including nights, weekends, holidays and breaks, and we plan access, lifts and sequencing so the building reopens on time.

STEP 08

Installation day

Graphics and painting go up together, which is what makes a room read as built rather than decorated. Fun painting adds texture and depth. Most installs run three to six days, and we walk the finished space with you at the end.

STEP 09

After we leave

You get the paint specifications and a Sherwin Williams custodial touch up list, with chair rail and maintenance colors confirmed. We keep your files, so any panel, letter or mascot can be remade to match years later.

Then the kids walk in.

And they notice everything.

OUR LOCATION

Where we work

Our own 10,000 square foot workshop. Every panel, letter and mascot is cut, printed and finished here before it goes on a truck.

What that adds up to

The difference between a design made for your school and a design made with it.

Imaginate your space A traditional design firm
Who designs The design is built live with your school in the room A designer works alone, then presents a finished concept
Feedback loop Real time changes during the working session Rounds of email revisions over weeks
Your role Co-creator, from the first artboard Reviewer and approver, at the end
Fit to the school Built around your mascot, colors and culture Often adapted from a template or a catalog
Approval speed Faster, because the decisions happen together Slow, with back and forth and rework
Surprises at install Rare. Everyone has already seen it develop Common. The reveal can miss the mark
Buy in High. The school helped make it Variable. The design was handed to them
Make and install Design, fabrication and install, all in-house Design and build are often outsourced
