A space that feels like yours takes a blend of everything we do

CUSTOM SIGNAGE BRANDING GRAPHIC DESIGN PAINTING & INSTALLATION

Branding

We start with the mascot, the marks, and the school colors. Sometimes that means building an identity from scratch, and sometimes it means cleaning up one that's been redrawn a dozen different ways over the years. Once it's set, we write the standards so it looks the same on a gym wall as it does on a cafeteria mural or a set of entry doors. Our Branding services includes →

Graphic Design

Our designers draw everything in house. Murals, wayfinding, window and floor graphics, dimensional pieces, all of it built to the actual measurements of the room. We render the space before anything goes to print, so you can see what you're getting while it's still easy to change.

Painting & Installation

We install the room ourselves, we don't hand it off to a subcontractor once the design is approved. Surface prep, full-room painting, murals, and every graphic and dimensional letter go up under one crew who already knows the plan.

Custom Signage

We fabricate signage in our own shop. CNC-routed letters, acrylic and PVC builds, backlit pieces, ADA and wayfinding packages. Because we build it ourselves, the sign gets made to match the design instead of the design getting changed to fit what a catalog carries.

And whatever else

Every room asks for something a little different.

Murals, entrances, gyms, hallways, libraries, wayfinding, spirit walls, seasonal additions. The mix changes with the space and the school, and it grows as your building does. If it lives on a wall and it should feel like your school, it is on the table.

The questions every director asks us first.

  • ABOUT THE WORK

  • K-12 space makeovers. We design, manufacture, and install custom graphics, signage, murals, and paint that make a plain school space look and feel like the school. We’ve worked only in K-12 since 1999.

  • Cafeterias and serving lines are where most schools start. We also do hallways, entrances and lobbies, gyms, libraries and media centers, auditoriums, classrooms, offices, and outdoor areas. If students use it, we can make it theirs.

  • Printed wall graphics and murals, dimensional letters and logos, cafe and entrance signs, menu boards and lunch boards, station signs, information stations, danglers, compliance plaques, and painting. All of it comes out of our 10,000-square-foot shop in Worcester, Massachusetts.

  • No. We use a layered signage system: rigid, fire-rated panels with laminated graphics. It gives a 3D look, holds up to daily cleaning, and doesn’t bubble, peel, or fade.

  • Yes. Every design starts with your mascot, your colors, and your culture. If your mascot artwork needs cleaning up or doesn’t exist yet, we create it.

  • THE PROCESS

  • Three steps: Design, Manufacture, Install. We design with your team live on screen, make everything in our own shop, and install it with our own crews.

  • It’s how we price. Instead of one take-it-or-leave-it number, you see options at different investment levels, from a sign package to a full makeover, so you control the scope and can add on later.

  • You join a video call with our designer and watch your space take shape on screen. Say the mascot’s wings should be bigger and we make them bigger right there. Most projects take three to five sessions, with a little homework in between so ideas keep moving.

  • Yes. We offer a free site visit and 3D scan, about 45 minutes per school, no obligation. The scan lets us measure exactly and design to your real room.

  • Smaller projects move fast: two to three weeks of design, about two weeks in the shop, and a few days to install. Bigger projects with more voices in the room usually run one to two months.

  • No. Most projects go up on the walls you have. If painting is part of the plan, we handle that too, and we leave you the paint specs so your custodial team can touch up later.

  • No. Most projects go up on the walls you have. If painting is part of the plan, we handle that too, and we leave you the paint specs so your custodial team can touch up later.

  • BUDGET AND BUYING

  • Most full-room projects land between $40,000 and $90,000. We’ve done projects under $25,000 and well over $100,000. Café Kits, our bundled signage packages, start around $6,000 to $13,000. We believe there’s something for everyone. Whether your budget is $300 or $300,000, we have a solution for you, and the Budget Builder shows you where your school fits.

  • Yes. Plenty of schools start with a Café Kit or one feature wall and add the rest the next year. We keep your files, so the next school matches the first.

  • In most cases, yes. Cafeteria environment and program signage are an allowable use of the Nonprofit School Foodservice cAccount, so the project doesn’t have to compete with the general fund. We’ll walk your business office through it.

  • Yes. Districts can purchase through TIPS contract 26010401, which gives you a competitively solicited path without running your own bid.

  • Often not. We’re a sole-source provider and qualify as a professional service in many states, and we hold cooperative contracts. If your district does need a bid, we help with the paperwork.

  • Yes. We work with parent groups all the time, and the Budget Builder makes it easy to plan around what you’ve raised.

  • Yes. If your district buys through a foodservice equipment rep or dealer, we can work through them.

  • AFTER INSTALL

  • They’re made to stay. Rigid, fire-rated panels with laminated graphics made for daily cleaning, with a five-year warranty on wall-mounted graphics and one year on daily-use items. Some of the graphics we installed more than fifteen years ago are still up today.

  • Call us. We keep every project’s files, so a replacement panel, letter, or mascot matches the original.

  • Yes. The same team that made your space picks up the phone for touch-ups, additions, and the next school. Most of our districts come back for more than one.

  • We’re based in Worcester, Massachusetts, and we’ve worked with schools in 32 states.

It isn't a menu of services. It's one transformation.

Branding, design, painting, and signage aren't separate line items you assemble. On a project they're one team, working from the same design session, the same file library, and the same shop floor, which is why the finished space reads as one idea, and still matches years later.
